可燃多孔介质堆积状态下热特性的模拟研究
Numerical Simulation of the thermal performance for combustible porous media Stored in Stacks
对堆积条件下可燃多孔介质(弹药)的热特性进行了数值模拟,通过比较几种不同情况下箱装弹药所处的温度场、速度场,得出了箱子的排放状况、窗口的位置、入流的温度对箱装弹药安全性的影响。通过计算发现:来流温度越低,库房内温度最大值越低,箱装弹药越安全;在入风窗口高度一定时,箱子的堆放高度存在一个最大值,此最大值与窗口位置相关联;相对于出风窗口,入风窗口对流场的影响较大。本文为堆垛条件下箱装弹药的安全贮存提供了依据。
Numerical simulation of the thermal performance for combustible porous media stored in stack is conducted in this work. Influences of the array of boxes, the position of windows and the temperature of inflow on the thermal performance of combustible porous media are analyzed under different conditions. The results show that when the temperature of inflow becomes low, the highest temperature of the storehouse also becomes low. And therefore, the media stored in stack becomes safer. If the height of the front window ventilator is defined, a highest value of boxes stored in stack exists, which is interrelated with the position of the front window ventilator. Compared with the back window ventilator, the front window ventilator is more important to the flow field. The height of the front window ventilator should not be very large, otherwise the heat exchange between the inflow and the boxes can not be carried out fully. As a result, it is unfavorable to the storage of the mrdia. Reliable reference to the safety of media stored in stacks is presented in this paper.
