针对煤矿通风系统存在的风机倒机过程中出现的短暂停风导致高瓦斯矿井井下瓦斯突出的问题,本文结合实际提出了在两个风道上方各增加一个百叶窗式的对空风门,从而实现倒机过程中井下风量基本不变,即不停风倒机;接着论文从风机系统与PLC监控系统联网的角度阐述了不停风倒机系统的动作流程。此种方案已成功应用于平煤集团下属的几个矿井,实践证明了该方案的可行性、实用性。

he existence of a short pause during the conversion between motors will lead to underground coal mine gas outburst in the coal mine ventilation system .Now the paper proposes to add a louvered air damper at the top of the two wind tunnels with combination of actual facts, which is realized that keeping essentially the same amount of wind during the process of conversion underground that also means non-stop conversion; then the non-stop action systems process is proposed from perspective of the draught fan system and PLC control system network. Such programs have been successfully used in several subsidiary mine of Pingdingshan Group, and it has proved the feasibility and practicality.
