目的:对我国三种主要红景天品种总黄酮类物质的抗氧化活性进行比较分析.方法:分别提取三种红景天植物的总黄酮物质,分别评价它们对DPPH、-OH、超氧阴离子、亚硝酸根离子的清除能力和Fe2+的螯合能力及总抗氧化能力进行评价。结果:大花红景天中总黄酮类物质含量较柴胡红景天和长白红景天多,且其Fe2+螯合能力、O2-o清除能力、总抗氧化能力均高于其余两者;柴胡红景天中总黄酮类物质对DPPH、oOH-、亚硝酸盐的清除能力均高于大花红景天和长白红景天。结论:三种红景天作为良好的天然抗氧化剂,它们具有不同的清除过氧化物的能力。

Objective: Antioxidant activity of Total flavonoids from three Chinese Rhodiola plants were analyzed. Methods: The scavening rates of DPPH、-OH、O2-、NO2- free radicals, chelating of Fe2+, and total antioxidant capacity were adopted to evaluated the total flavonoids of three Rhodiola plants in vitro. Results:The concent of flovonoids in Rhodiola crenulata was higher than R. bupleuroides and R. angusta, and the scavenging effect of Fe2+ chelating, superoxide radical, and T-AOC of R. crenulata were more higher than the others. The scavenging effect of DPPH radical, hydroxyl radical and nitrite clearing of R. bupleuroides were the most strongest. Conclusion: They were promising resources with high antioxidant activity. Each Rhodiola sp. has special capacity for scavening peroxide.
