碱法造块焙烧提取粉煤灰中氧化铝的研究
Study on Extraction of Alumina from Fly Ash by Alkali Briquetting Roasting
以有效解决大量粉煤灰造成的碱法造块焙烧提取粉煤灰中氧化铝的研究环境污染、实现粉煤灰最大利用价值等问题为出发点,针对当下从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝的最常用工艺烧结法引入造块焙烧的手段来提高粉煤灰的提取率。本文对比了添加造块手段后氧化铝提取率的提升,在造块手段下探究了碱法焙烧提取氧化铝的最佳实验条件。通过对烧结熟料与浸出渣进行X射线衍射分析以及SEM扫描电镜分析得知烧结过程使粉煤灰原料中莫来石相与石英相充分变为活化程度更高的霞石相,经过酸浸铝元素存在于滤液中,而浸出渣中SiO2的含量达到了90%。动力学研究表明粉煤灰颗粒和块样内部毛细通道起到了类似高炉中焦炭的骨架作用,造块处理为反应塑造了介观尺度的多孔结构,不但缩小了固液两相之间的距离,而且有效改善了气液两相的传质条件,从而强化铝的提取。
In order to effectively solve the problems caused by a large amount of fly ash, such as the research of environmental pollution and the realization of the maximum utilization value of fly ash, the sintering method is introduced to improve the extraction rate of fly ash. In this paper, the improvement of alumina extraction rate after adding agglomeration method was compared, and the best experimental conditions of extracting alumina by alkali roasting were explored under the agglomeration method. Through X-ray diffraction analysis and SEM scanning electron microscope analysis of sintering clinker and leaching slag, it is found that mullite phase and quartz phase in fly ash raw material are fully transformed into nepheline phase with higher activation degree during sintering process. Aluminum element exists in filtrate after acid leaching, and SiO2 content in leaching slag reaches 90%. The kinetic study shows that the capillary channels in fly ash particles and blocks act as the skeleton of coke in blast furnace, and the agglomeration treatment creates a mesoscopic porous structure for reaction, which not only reduces the distance between solid and liquid phases, but also effectively improves the mass transfer conditions of gas and liquid phases, so as to enhance the extraction of aluminum.
