某制造企业供应链风险识别与评估研究

Supply chain fault risk is one of the key factors that affect the efficiency and stability of supply chain, and the risk identification and evaluation is an important part of supply chain risk management. From the perspective of supply chain operations reference model, this paper analyzes and identifies supply chain fault risk actors among five process of SCOR model. Based on this, an evaluation index system of supply chain fault risk is built based on SCOR. Then, this paper determines the weight of evaluation index by entropy method and establishes a fuzzy evaluation model of supply chain fault risk based on the SCOR model. Finally, an application example of a manufacturing enterprise is given to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the supply chain fault risk evaluation model.
