基于科氏流量计的凝析天然气计量技术
Wet gas metering technology based on Coriolis Meter
简要介绍了凝析天然气的不分离在线计量技术研究现状,从技术发展、理论模型、实际应用和信号处理等角度综述了国内外基于科氏流量计的气液两相流计量技术研究现状与发展动态。围绕利用科氏流量计高精度计量凝析天然气的研究,提出了三个需要解决的相关问题。利用瑞士E+H公司的微弯科氏流量计进行了一系列的凝析天然气计量实验,结合试验结果对流量计的参数波动、安装形式、两相混合物密度测量、质量流量测量等问题进行了分析与讨论,为基于科氏流量计高精度计量凝析天然气的研究提供参考与借鉴。
he on-line metering technology of wet gas flow was briefly introduced; the research works and development of Coriolis meter in two-phase flow metering were reviewed from the points of technology history, theoretical model, field application and signal processing. Three problems were proposed which is closely correlated with the application of Coriolis meter as wet gas meter. A serious of experiments were carried out and some primary experimental results were analyzed, which includes the parameter fluctuant of Coriolis meter, the ways of meter installation and the detection of mixture density and mass flow rate. All of these can be referenced in the research works of accurately metering wet gas flow based on Coriolis meter.
