本文比较了PT100传感器数据的几种常用处理方法,针对它们存在的问题,提出了一种新的解决方法,基于最小二乘的分段直线拟合法,根据此方法处理得到各段PT100阻值-温度的线性函数关系式,温度值与实际值的逼近度很好,精度很高,能解决实际应用中遇到的大部分问题。在温度巡检仪测试中达到了很好的效果,满足大部分工程要求。

his thesis compares the PT100 sensor data for some commonly-used approach. in view of their problems,the thesis presents a new solution, Based on least squares fitting of the piecewise linear, according to this method to obtains each section of PT100 resistance number - temperature linear function relationship, the temperature value and the actual value degree of approximation is very good,the precision is very high,so the method can solve the majority of problems which in the practical application meets. By using temperature testing instrument, the test achieves the very good effect, satisfied the majority of project request.
