自愿市场框架下企业碳交易策略研究
Enterprise Strategy under the framework of voluntary carbon trading market
面对国际碳交易市场的兴盛,我国的碳交易在初步阶段。在国际碳交易市场大量集中在碳配额的情况下,由于我国作为发展中国家没有强制碳减排压力,企业参与碳交易机制主要通过参与清洁发展机制和区域自愿碳交易市场来实现。本文通过建立政府与企业之间的委托代理模型,探讨在自愿碳交易市场下,政府通过一个激励契约获得提高企业碳减排程度的策略进而企业能够有效参与到自愿碳交易市场中。
In this paper,To face the rise of international carbon trading market, China's carbon trading market is in the preliminary stages.Heavily concentrated Carbon quotas in the world carbon market , because China is a developing country and need not stand the carbon reduction pressures, domestic enterprises participate in carbon trading mainly through participation in the CDM and voluntary carbon trading market area.In this article through the establishment of Principal-agent model of carbon trading around the country and launched a voluntary carbon trading market characteristics to explore how companies develop reduction strategies in our voluntary carbon market through an incentive contract and thus enterprises can effectively participate in the voluntary carbon markets.
