采用4-丁氧基苯酚,4-羟基苯甲酸和3,5-二硝基苯甲酸为原料通过四个主要中间体合成了一种新型二元胺4-(3’,5’-二氨基苯甲酸苯酚酯基)苯甲酸(4’’-正丁氧基)苯酯(BCDA),并在此基础上合成了一系列聚酰亚胺。所有中间体以及最终产物都采用FTIR、1HNMR进行了结构鉴定。合成中的关键步骤为4-乙酰氧基苯甲酸-4’-正丁氧基苯酯中两个酯键的选择性水解,通过调节反应温度和氨水浓度,水解时间被缩短到8小时。对得到的聚酰亚胺的性质进行了初步研究,主要包括其聚集态结构,玻璃化转变温度,溶解性以及预倾角的研究。

novel diamine 4-((4’-butoxyphenoxy)carbonyl)phenyl-3’’,5’’-diaminobenzoate (BCDA) was synthesized from 4-butoxyphenol, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid and 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid through four main intermediates, and a series of polyimides based on it were also synthesized. All the intermediates and the final product were characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR. The key step in synthesis route is selective hydrolyzation of two ester bonds in 4-butoxyphenyl-4’- acetoxybenzoate,by adjusting the reaction temperature and the concentration of ammonia, the reaction time is shortened to 8 hours. A preliminary study on the properties of the novel polyimides such as the aggregation structures, glass transition temperature, solubility and the pretilt angles of these polyimides were carried out.
