USP22 在结直肠癌中的活化状态研究

目的: 探讨 USP22蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法: 应用免疫组织化学检 测192例大肠癌组织中USP22蛋白的表达情况。结果: 在结直肠癌发生及转移过程中USP22 的表达量逐步上调，USP22的表达与患者的性别（P=0.031）、肿瘤大小（P=0.003）、浸润深度（P＜0.0001）、淋巴结状态（P=0.005）及 Ki-67 的表达（P＜0.0001）高度相关。结论:USP22蛋白可作为一种判断大肠癌恶性程度及侵袭转移的生物学指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of USP22 in colorectal carcinoma. Methods: 192 cases of colorectal carcinoma were examined by Immumohistochemical staining．Results: USP22 expression significantly increased from normal mucosa through adenoma to primary carcinoma (P<0.0001), from primary carcinoma to liver metastasis (P=0.021). Expression of USP22 was highly correlated with gender, tumor size, pT, pN, and Ki-67 expression (P<0.05). Conclusion: USP22 protein could be useful in evaluating the malignant degree of colorectal cancer．
