研究了多约束条件下AZ80超塑性模锻轮毂的组织和力学性能,结合Z参数分析随着应变量增大晶粒尺寸也会得到相应细化。通过热力学计算分析,细致分析片层析出相的析出机理及其微观形态和体积含量对AZ80力学性能的影响。

Microstructure and mechanical properties of superplastic mould forging AZ80 wheel had been investigated under multi-constrained forming. Finer grains would be obtained with the strain amplitude increase resulting from the Z parameter increase under Zener-Hollomon relationship. The relationship between precipitate morphology, volume fraction and the hardness response is studied and the precipitation mechanism of lamellar discontinuous precipitates was detailly discussed under thermodynamic.
