宽叶金粟兰的化学成分研究

目的:研究宽叶金粟兰的化学成分;方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等方法对宽叶金粟兰的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从宽叶金粟兰中共分得3个化合物,分别鉴定为atractylenolide II (1)、flavokawain A (2)和sessilifol M (3)。结论:化合物2和3首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Choranthus henryi. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified through silica gel and HPLC chromatographies. The structures were elucidated on the basis of NMR spectroscopic methods. Results: Three compounds were obtained and established as atractylenolide II (1), flavokawain A (2) and sessilifol M (3). Conclusion: Compounds 2 and 3 were isolated from C. henryi for the first time.
