越冬期小麦叶片过氧化物酶活性的遗传变异及抗寒种质筛选
Genetic Variation of Peroxidase Activity in Wheat and Screening of Wheat Germplasm during Overwintering Period
小麦过氧化物酶(POD)活性与其抗寒性密切相关。为了明确小麦叶片POD活性的遗传变异及对抗寒种质进行筛选,本研究以小麦品种"花培3号"和 " 豫麦57"的 F1 花培获得的168个DH 系为材料, 分别种植于3个地点,在越冬期取每个小麦品系的叶片测定POD含量。结果表明,不同小麦品系的POD活性表现出较大的差异,在保定、邢台和沧州等3个地点的变异范围分别为57.50 OD/g. FW ~289.33 OD/g. FW,82.33 OD/g. FW ~267.50 OD/g. FW和60.00 OD/g. FW ~180.26 OD/g. FW,变异系数分别为25.63%,18.31%,23.91%,表明供试材料具有较好的代表性。根据3个地点的POD活性对供试材料进行分类后,筛选出在3个地点抗寒性都强的32,68,82,162,165,166号品系。
Peroxidase (POD) activity is closely related to wheat cold resistance. In order to study the genetic variation of POD activity in wheat and screen cold resistance cultivars,we took the experiment based on 168 lines derived from a cross between Huapei 3×Yumai 57, choosing the material planted in three sites and determined the content of POD in leaves in winter. The results showed that the wheat POD activitys were in large difference from each other, the range of variation of three sites that Baoding,Xingtai and Cangzhou were 57.50OD/g.FW~289.33OD/g.FW, 82.33 OD/g. FW ~267.50 OD/g. FW, 60.00 OD/g. FW ~168.17 OD/g. FW and the coefficient of variation were for 25.63%, 18.31% and 23.91% respectively, indicating that the selected materials are in good representation. According to the POD activity of the three sites, we classified the tested materials, and found that 32,68,82,162,165,166 strains had a strong cold resistance in all three sites.
