纳米TiO2能把甲醛气体降解为水和二氧化碳,将纳米TiO2与蛋白土复合可以解决其使用和回收不方便的问题。以蛋白土为载体,以TiCl4为前驱体,采用水解沉淀法制备了纳米TiO2/蛋白土复合材料。通过 SEM、XRD和TEM等检测方法对产物进行了表征和分析。结果表明,纳米级的TiO2负载到蛋白土颗粒表面,晶型为锐钛矿型,该复合材料对甲醛的降解率可达90%以上。

Formaldehyde was very harmful to human body,it could be degraded into water and carbon dioxide,the complex of nano-TiO2 and opal would resovle the problem of forthputting and inconvenient recycling. Nano-TiO2/Opal Composite was prepared by the method of hydrolyzation-precipitation with opal as carrier, TiCl4 as precursor. The composite was characterized by SEM, XRD and TEM. The results showed that Nanoscale TiO2 was loaded to the surface of opal particles, and its crystal was anatase type. The degradation rate of formaldehyde could be more than 90% by using this composite.
