泵功图是抽油系统最接近实际工况的示功图,此文基于有限元分析理论建立了油井的数学模型,采用一维GIBBS方程由地面示功图计算井下泵功图,建立了分析实测泵功图相似性指标集合,分析在求解井下泵功图过程中的各种影响因素,计算出在各种条件下求解泵功图与实际井下泵功图的相似度,计算方法和相似性指标在江苏油田得到实际应用。

Pump Diagram is the closest indicator diagram of the actual working condition in the oil fields' pumping system. This paper established mathematical model of oil well based on Finite Element Analysis Method, used one-dimensional GIBBS equation to compute the pump diagram of oil well, Built a parameters' set to analyze the measured pump diagram similar, analyzed in the solving process of pump diagram effects of various factors, calculated similarity between computed pump diagram and measured diagram. The computation and similarity analysis method has been applied in JiangSu Oilfield.
