调控人脂联素AdipoQ的miRNA预测研究
Study on the Prediciton of MicroRNA Regulated Homo sapiens AdipoQ
本研究旨在研究利用生物信息学软件来预测调控人脂联素AdipoQ的miRNA,寻求潜在的miRNA,以期为进一步实验验证特定miRNA和人脂联素蛋白基因之间的关系提供有效的理论支持。分别应用miRGen Targets和miRanda数据库等从不同侧面确定一些与人脂联素有密切关系的miRNA。结果表明,经miRGen Targets数据库分析出hsa-miR-199a可能参与了脂肪细胞的转录或分化等过程,而miRanda数据库显示出hsa-miR-653、hsa-miR- 330-5p和hsa-miR-326等miRNA在人脂联素的负调控过程中发挥了一定的作用。利用生物信息学方法可对调控人脂联素的miRNA进行预测,这可为进一步研究脂联素的特性和功能提供新的手段。
he purpose of this study was to use bioinformatic softwares to predict some miRNAs which regulated human adiponectin AdipoQ and then sought the potential miRNA, in order to provide a valid theoretical support for further experimental research on the relationship between specific miRNA and the related human adiponectin protein gene. Integrated bioinformatic database miRGen Target and miRanda were respectively applied from different aspetcs to identify a number of miRNAs which closely related with human adiponectin. The results showed that hsa-miR-199a might be involved in the process of transcription or differentiation of adipose cells by miRGen Target database; miRanda database showed that hsa-miR-653, hsa-miR-330-5p and hsa-miR-326 might play an important role in the process of the negative regulation of adiponectin. The prediction of miRNA regulated human adiponectin with bioinformatical methods could provide a new strategy for the study on the property as well as function of adiponectin.
