本文分析了中小企业电子商务现状及存在的问题,从提升企业竞争力、缓解资金短缺和提高企业管理水平三个方面论述了中小企业实施电子商务的必要性,从企业决策、网络营销和国家政策三个方面论述了中小企业实施电子商务的潜在优势。在此基础上,从分层递进策略、电子商务模式策略、网络营销策略、电子商务信息策略和电子商务人才策略五个方面论证了中小企业实施电子商务的基本方案和操作步骤。本文对中小企业实施电子商务具有积极的指导意义。

In this paper, This paper analyzes the present situation and the existence of small and medium-sized e-commerce issues, from upgrading the competitiveness of enterprises to ease the shortage of funds and improve enterprise management level of the three discussed the need for SMEs to implement e-commerce, from business decisions, network marketing, and national policies discusses the three aspects of the implementation of small and medium-sized e-commerce potential advantages. On this basis, from the tiered progressive strategy, e-commerce model strategy, network marketing strategy, e-commerce strategies and information on five aspects of e-commerce strategy talent demonstrates the implementation of small and medium-sized e-commerce programs and the basic steps. In this paper, the implementation of e-commerce for SMEs will have a positive guiding significance.
