蒙古白马皮肤中KIT蛋白的表达量研究

In this paper to research the relativity between kit protein and form of depigmentation phenotype of Mongolian white horses, the study adopted mainly western blotting technology to measuring kit protein in different color Mongolian horse's skin tissue, and then compared the experimental results. The results shown that kit protein in color and depigmentation Mongolian horses skin tissue exist significant different. The express quantity of kit protein in bay color individuals is higher than fade one. The results indicated that there is classical relativity between kit protein and depigmentation color of Mongolia white horses.
