一种环形喷动床,采用环形喷动截面,在环形空间底部设置多个喷头,在各独立的喷风口处设置相应的V型导流室,并添加旋转锥作为辅助进料装置.研究存料量、风速和粒径对混合颗粒的影响,分析圆周方向混合.实验结果表明,混合曲线存在两个明显不同的阶段,初始阶段偏离度急剧下降,后续阶段偏离度相对平稳.风速对混合速度影响显著,风速越高混合速度越快,这种效果在轴向更加明显;存料量对床内颗粒混合偏离度影响较大,在轴向随着存料量的增加,颗粒混合偏离度先降低后升高, 而在圆周方向上偏离度随存料量的增加而降低;粒径对混合速度也有一定的影响,粒径越小颗粒混合速度越快.环形喷动床特殊的结构极大地降低了喷动床在轴向和圆周方向上的混合差别.

modified spouted bed, viz. annular spouted bed, was developed to offset the deficient mixing characteristics of the conventional spouted bed. Experiments were performed to test mixing characteristics in this device. The influence of air velocity and hold up as well as particle size on mixing has been investigated. Experimental results show that the annular spouted bed has nicer mixing characteristics in terms of both mixing speed and final degree of deviation. The mixing speed increases significantly with increasing air velocity, especially in axial. The hold up has a strong effect on the final degree of deviation. With the increasing of hold up the axial final degree of deviation decreases firstly, then increases. The lateral final degree of deviation decreases with the increasing of hold up. Particle size has slightly effect on mixing speed, and the less particle size is, the more mixing speed is. Adding rotating cone greatly improved lateral particle mixing. The improved structure reduces the difference between axial particle mixing and lateral particle mixing.
