高等研究院：美国经验与中国之路
reating Institutes for Advanced Study: the experience of the United States and the way for China
大学内部成立高等研究院，是我国高等教育和科学研究领域的一个最新进展。高等研究院作为纯理论的高、精、尖研究机构，对于促进一个国家乃至世界的科学研究和科学人文精神的发展意义深远。 专注于以问题为导向的基础性、前沿性的高端研究的美国高等研究院的组织特性决定了它对人力、财力、物力有较高的要求。因此，高等研究院的建设要结合现实状况，理性组织。本文在分析美国高等研究院建设现状及其特点的基础上，分析了当前我国建设高等研究院的必要性，现状及问题，并提出几条建设性建议。
As a pure, refined and top research institution, Institute for Advanced Study is meaningful in promoting the establishment of a national, even global scientific research and scientific development of the human spirit. The U.S. experience has shown that the success of development need higher request in human, financial and material resources. As a result, the creation of the Institute for Advanced Study needs to combine the actual situation, the rational organization. Based on the analysis of the building of IAS in the United States, and combined with our age, the article analyzes the necessary for the IAS creating, and presents the developing situation and problems, and gives a few constructive Suggestions.
