基于多结构元素形态学滤波的切片图像边缘检测
Sliced Micrograph’s Edge Detection Based on Canny Operator with Filter of Multi-Structure Element Morphological Algorithm
本文采用的实验对象为大壁虎染色脑组织切片的彩色显微图像,针对纤维组织的疏密不一致性使得该类图像存在染色不均的特点,本文提出了多结构元素数学形态学开—闭联级滤波算法,选择合适形状的结构元素和加权系数,达到好的滤波效果,再通过Canny算子边缘检测,得到了满意的检测结果。通过比较发现检测出的边缘更平滑,更好地消除了孔洞类虚假边缘,更多地保持有用细节。
he colorful micrograph of gecko’s brain tissue which was tinct is used in this paper. Because of fibre with different structure, this kind of picture have difference of dyeing .Aiming at those characteristics, this paper provides the multi-structure Element morphological filter algorithm combined open and close operation, then use Canny operation to detect the edge . this method is better in smoothing the edge, removing the falsehood edge and keeping the useful detail.
