基于要素控制的重型机床制造企业生产效率提升对策研究
Research on Productivity Promoting Countermeasures for Heavy Machine Tool Manufacturing Enterprise Based on Elements of Control
随着国内外市场竞争格局的变化，提升生产效率是我国重型机床制造企业把握发展机遇、形成并提高企业核心竞争能力的关键。本文在梳理了国内外关于生产效率影响因素、生产效率管理等相关文献的基础上，提出了影响重型机床制造企业生产效率的技术和组织两方面要素，验证了影响要素之间存在的相关关系，并从基于产品创新控制、基于制造条件控制、基于生产模式控制和基于管理机制控制四个方面设计出了重型机床制造企业生产效率提升方案。
With the changes in domestic and foreign market competition, promoting the productivity is the key for the heavy machine tool manufacturing enterprise in China to grasp opportunities for development, and form and improve the core competitive ability. On the basis of reviewing related literatures on influential factors of the productivity, the productivity mannagement and so on, put forward the factors affecting the enterprise's productivity, which mainly include two aspects of the technology and the organization, vertify the correlation relationship among those factors, and design the productivity improvement plan of the heavy machine tool manufacturing enterprise from four aspects, which are based on the product innovation of control, based on the manufacture condition of control, based on the production mode of control, and based on the management mechanism of control
