Simulation and Scheduling of Re-entrant Steel pipes Product lines Based on Em-plant
对于钢管生产中的可重入性问题,采用仿真优化的方法来解决,将该问题简化为对资源和策略的建模,并在仿真软件eM-Plant 中实现,采用遗传算法对投料策略和派工策略进行优化,并与单一策略下的调度结果相比较,证明遗传优化有较强的优化性能和稳定性。
For the re-entrant problem in steel pipes production lines, the papers uses the simulation and optimization methods to solve. The simulation simplify the issue of resources and strategies for modeling, and eM-Plant simulation software to achieve. The scheduling uses genetic algorithms to optimize the material and dispatching strategy, compared to the results of single strategy, and prove that there is a strong optimize performance and stability with genetic algorithms.
