通过实验模拟污水厂低温条件,研究了温度降低过程中出水水质以及活性污泥呼吸图谱的变化规律。结果表明,有机物去除和脱氮效果明显恶化的临界温度分别为10℃和8℃;活性污泥系统经过短暂低温冲击后恢复至原温度运行,微生物活性和污水处理能力可快速恢复。现场条件呼吸图谱反映的是现场条件下微生物的活性,可以表征活性污泥微生物在此条件下的污水处理能力。温度降低会导致现场条件下OUR减小,从而导致系统污水处理能力降低。标准条件呼吸图谱反映的是活性污泥微生物的内在特性。温度由20℃降至10℃过程中,标准条件下OUR基本保持稳定,表明在此阶段内微生物的内在活性基本保持稳定,此时升高反应器温度可以使微生物的活性和污水处理能力很快得到恢复。通过对比现场和标准条件下呼吸图谱,可以对污水处理厂的冬季运行调控提供一定理论参考。

he changes of effluent water quality and activated sludge respirogram were studied during the process of temperature reduction by simulating the low temperature condition of the sewage plant.The results showed that the critical temperature for the removal of organic matter and nitrogen removal efficiency were 10℃and 8℃,respectively.The system is restored to the original temperature operation after a brief low temperature impact,and microbial activity and sewage treatment capacity can also be quickly restored. The field conditional respirogram pattern reflects the activity of microorganisms in the field conditions, which can be used to characterize the sewage treatment capacity of activated sludge microorganisms. The decrease of temperature leads to the decrease of the field conditional OUR, which leads to the decrease of the sewage treatment capacity. The standard condition respirogram reflects the intrinsic characteristics of activated sludge microorganisms. In the process of the temperature from 20 ℃ down to 10 ℃, the standard condition OUR basically remained stable. The results indicated that the intrinsic activity of the microorganisms remained stable at this stage,and the increasing the reactor temperature at this time allows the microbial activity and wastewater treatment capacity to be recovered quickly. By comparing the field and standard condition respirogram, it can provide some theoretical reference for the operation of the sewage treatment plant in winter.
