本文基于产品设计与开发项目,对现今比较典型的几种多目标优化算法进行了研究,拟找到一款适合该项目的优化算法。文章首先给出了多目标优化问题的数学描述,并详细说明了NSGA-2,SPEA-2和PESA-2算法的具体内容,阐明了它们的效率和优点。然后,通过对目标函数--ZDT函数进行仿真,比较了这3种算法的实际效率。最后,从中选择出合适的算法,并运用在项目中。

In order to find a right method for the Based on the product designing and developing project, several Multi-Objective Optimization Algorithms (MOOAs) are studied based on the project. First, the mathematical description is developed and several methods, such as NSGA-2, SPEA-2 and PESA-2 are analyzed, including the advantages and disadvantages. Then the objective function is studied through the simulation. Several parameters, such as the practical efficiency, is compared with each other method. At last, according to the stimulation data, the suitable algorithm is choused for the project.
