冠状动脉微循环是心肌组织细胞间发生能量、物质交换的场所,是心脏行使正常功能的保证。冠状动脉微血管结构或功能异常可引起临床疾病,称为冠状动脉微循环障碍。目前检测微循环的方式有多种,但尚无一种检测手段可使冠状动脉微循环直接可视化,多是通过评估冠状动脉循环阻力或心肌灌注间接评价微血管功能。根据其发病机制,治疗冠状动脉微循环障碍的西药主要通过抗血小板聚集、解痉、改善内皮细胞功能等措施改善微循环功能不全;中医药治疗则具有多层面、多靶点和个体化治疗的优势。本文对冠状动脉微循环障碍的结构功能,检测方法及药物治疗进行了综述。

oronary microcirculation is the place of energy and material exchange between myocardial tissues and the guarantee of cardiac function. The structural or functional abnormalities of coronary microvascular may lead to clinical disease, which is called coronary microvascular dysfunction. The methods of detection are multiple; however, none can directly visualize the coronary microcirculation, mostly indirectly evaluating microvascular function through assessing coronary circulation. According to the pathogenesis of coronary microvascular dysfunction, the current treatments mainly aim at anti-platelet, or improving the endothelial cell function. Traditional Chinese Medicine has the advantages of multi-level, multi-target and individualized treatment. This article reviewed the structural and functional aspects of the coronary microvascular dysfunction, the diagnostic tests used to assess the coronary microvascular dysfunction and its drug therapy
