以牛粪厌氧消化液为研究对象,设计MAP结晶反应器,选择pH、镁磷摩尔比(Mg/P)、氮磷摩尔比(N/P)作为影响因素设计三因素三水平的正交试验。以磷、氮回收率为考察指标,优化MAP结晶反应器处理消化液的参数,使用Design-Expert8.0.6软件分析不同因素对氮磷回收率的影响,并通过建立数学模型分析获得氮磷回收率的优化配合比。进而,选择空心菜、苋菜、四九菜心三种蔬菜验证结晶反应器所回收的MAP沉淀用于农业生产的肥效,结果表明,MAP沉淀可有效促进植物生长,是一种很好的缓释肥料,可直接用于农业生产。

MAP crystallization reactor was used to study the nitrogen and phosphorus recovery in treating the cattle manure anaerobic digested slurry. The mole ratio Mg/P, N/P and pH were as the factors to design the orthogonal tests. The Design-Expert 8.0.6 and the mathematical model were chosen to optimize the MAP crystallization reactor operation, and improve nitrogen, phosphorus recovery simultaneously. Then, fertilizer efficiency researches were compared by the three vegetables growth (Water spinach, Amaranth and Brassica parachinensis). The results showed that MAP precipitation can effectively promote the growth of plants, and is a good slow-release fertilizer using for agricultural production directly.
