组态软件WinCC在煤矿胶带机监控系统中的应用

西门子开发的WinCC（Windows Control Center，视窗控制中心）是一个强大的工控软件，其兼容性好，具有良好的开放性和灵活性，可以将PLC上的实时数据采集到WinCC平台，方便工程技术人员现场跟踪管理，为决策者提供生产现场的原始数据。基于煤矿综合自动化建设的要求，本文首先介绍了WinCC的一些特点和功能；其次针对煤矿胶带机的特点，分析了胶带机系统的整体结构和监控点位，阐述了WinCC应用在胶带运输机上的具体实现方法；最后与下位机西门子S7-300系列成功通信，实际运行效果证实该监控系统的正确性和可行性。
WinCC (Windows Control Center), developed by Siemens, is a powerful industrial control software.It is good at compatibility with open and flexible.By collecting data from PLC to WinCC timely，the monitoring system enable us to facilitate on-site management and get the on-site raw data. According to the request of Coal Mine Automation System, this paper introduces some features and functions of WinCC firstly, then analyzes the whole system\'s monitoring point and proposes the realization method on coal mine belt convyor. Finally, the successful communication between WinCC and PLC-300 verifies the monitoring system\'s correctness and feasibility.
