胃癌组织中EphA2与VEGF-C mRNA的关系及临床意义
mRNA level of EphA2 and VEGF-C in gastric cancer tissue and their clinical significance
淋巴转移是胃癌的早期事件及影响胃癌临床预后的重要因素。EphA2在胃癌临床预后密切相关，然而其与胃癌发生淋巴转移的关系尚未明确。本文通过分析EphA2与淋巴管生成因子VEGF-CmRNA在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达，研究二者与临床病理特征的关系及二者的相关性。
Lymphatic metastasis is an early event and pivotal prognostic factor affecting gastric cancer patient.EphA2 in closely related to the clinical prognosis of gastric cancer, but its relation to gastric cancer lymph node metastasis is not yet clear. In this paper, we analyzed EphA2 and VEGF-C mRNA expression in gastric cancer tissue and tumor adjacent tissue, and research their clinicopathological features and and correlation.
