大鼠体外受精技术研究进展

目前，体外受精技术在多种哺乳动物已取得成功并获得广泛应用。大鼠由于其本身的特殊性，体外受精及随后的胚胎培养一直比较困难，国内关于大鼠体外受精方面的研究更是少有报道。文章主要从卵母细胞体外培养、精子获能、受精、受精卵体外培养及胚胎移植等方面着手，对国外大鼠体外受精的研究现状作一简要综述。
In vitro fertilization technique has made great progress in many mammalian species and has been put into use widely. The in vitro fertilization and embryo culture in rats are still difficult due to their specificity. To our knowledge, there isn’t any report on the in vitro fertilization of rats in China. This article made a simple review about the in vitro fertilization of rats overseas, including the maturation of oocytes, sperm capacitation, fertilization, embryo culture and embryo transfer.
