组织内部知识网络中的知识共享进化博弈分析

Knowledge sharing within organization is a dynamic process of evolutionary game, and this process is working on the social network of knowledge sharing among organization members. In order to study the influence of network structure and game's payoff on organization knowledge sharing, a knowledge sharing network of an organization is constructed firstly, and then the payoff matrix of knowledge sharing game is analyzed. After that, evolutionary game on networks and simulation method is used to study the knowledge sharing level. Results show that, to improve knowledge sharing level, the knowledge discrepancy and incentive strategy should in a proper level. The structure of knowledge network can also influence knowledge sharing level, especially the important members.
