基于房室模型的药时曲线研究
he Study of Drug Concentration-time Curve Based on Compartment Model
药物疗效问题是药物动力学和药理学里面非常重要的一个研究课题，本文选用房室模型中的单室模型，对药物疗效问题进行了研究，并结合具体实例，首先用基本方法求出药时曲线的系数，给出了各种情况下药物在血液里面的浓度曲线，然后对结果进行了分析，引入了差值方法从而对初步求解结果进行修正，最终得到了药物在人体内循环的大体规律。
he problem of drug efficacy is a very important research topic in drugs and pharmacology pharmacokinetics. The paper studies the issues of drug efficacy base on the single-chamber model.And obtains drugs concentration curves in the blood and the general disciplines of drugs in the body cycle combined with concrete examples.
