面向离散制造业的过程监控管理系统

o resolve the more requirements of process-trace and job management DMI (Discrete Manufacturing Industry)-oriented, this paper proposes the architecture of application service of process monitoring management system based on multi-mobile agent. It presents the multi-mobile agent implementation mechanism of the application agent structure as well as the complex logic controlling method. The progress analysis model is also given. The real-time data collection is achieved by the RFID technology as well as the visual management of the terminal is achieved by the embedded technology and the graphic engine technology. At last, the implementation of the intelligent terminal and the prototype system of process monitoring management are given, which proves the feasibility and the effectiveness of the system in practical application.
