埋弧焊磁控电弧焊缝跟踪系统中传感器磁场的ANSYS模拟
NSYS simulate on transverse field of magnetic control arc sensor for submerged arc welding
针对埋弧焊磁控电弧焊缝跟踪系统中磁控电弧传感器产生的外加横向磁场,本文采用有限元分析方法建立了由磁控电弧传感器产生的横向磁场计算模型,应用ANSYS软件对横向磁场进行了模拟。对磁控电弧传感器横向磁场纵截面分布、磁流密度矢量的分布规律进行了分析;验证了磁感应强度模拟值与实测值的一致性,并对模拟结果的偏差进行了分析;通过焊接实验,针对励磁电流对焊接电弧运动状态的影响进行了分析。
imed at the problem of extra transverse field by the magnetic control arc sensor exciting in submerged arc welding seam tracking system, Finite Element Method was adopted, set up the computing model of the transverse field of magnetic control arc sensor, and ANSYS in order to simulate the transverse field in the study. Distribution of longitudinal section of transverse field in magnetic control arc sensor and magnetic density vector were both analyzed; the consistency of simulated value and measured value on magnetic induction density were verified, and the deviation of simulated result were tested; exciting current influenced the welding arc the state of motion also were researched.
