Stability analysis of the SVEAIR model with vaccination and infection of asymptomatic patients
建立并研究了一类具有疫苗接种和无症状患者感染的SVEAIR传染病动力学模型.首先,\\证明了模型解的正性和有界性.其次,分别给出了模型的无病平衡点$W^{0}$和基本再生数$R_{0}$,证明了当$R_{0}>1$时,模型存在唯一正的地方病平衡点$W^{1}$,并证明了无病平衡点$W^{0}$的局部稳定性.再次,\\通过LaSalle不变集原理和构造Lyapunov泛函依次证明无病平衡点$W^{0}$和地方病平衡点$W^{1}$的全局稳定性.最后通过模型的理论结果得出结论.
SVEAIR infectious disease dynamics model for a class of infectious diseases w- ith vaccinated and asymptomatic patients is developed and investigated. Firstly, the positivi- ty and boundedness of the model solutions are proved, secondly, the disease-free equilibrium point $W^{0}$ and the basic regeneration number $R_{0}$ are given for the model, respectively, and it is proved that there exists a unique positive endemic equilibrium point of the model when $R_{0}$ $>1$, and local stability of the disease-free equilibrium point $W^{1}$ is proved. Then, we prove t- he local stability of the disease-free equilibrium point $W^{0}$ and the local stability of the endem- ic equilibrium point $W^{1}$ through LaSalle's invariant set principle and the construction of Lya- punov's generalized function, and finally, we draw conclusions from the theoretical results of the model.
