中国大学生职业决策模糊容忍度与职业决策困难的关系研究
The relationship between career decision ambiguity tolerance and career decision making difficulties of Chinese college students
摘要
翻译和修订职业决策模糊容忍度问卷（CDAT）并初步检验其在国内大学生中的信效度。以317名大学生为被试，采用问卷法探索职业决策模糊容忍度和职业决策困难的现状及两者关系。结果显示：（1）大学生职业决策困难和职业决策模糊容忍度处于中高水平；（2）职业决策模糊容忍度与职业决策困难呈现显著负相关；（3）职业决策模糊容忍度可显著负向预测职业决策困难，其中模糊偏好和模糊回避对职业决策困难能起到显著预测作用。这表明大学生职业决策困难受到职业决策模糊容忍度的影响；职业决策模糊容忍度越高，职业决策困难越少；模糊偏好和模糊回避对职业决策困难有显著的预测作用。?????
Abstract
Translate and revised the Career Decision Ambiguity Tolerance Scale（CDAT） into Chinese，and initially test its reliability and validity among domestic college students.Taking 317 college students as subjects, this paper uses questionnaire method to explore the status quo and relationship between the career decision ambiguity tolerance and career decision making difficulties. The results show that: (1) college students\' career decision making difficulties and career decision ambiguity tolerance are at a medium-to-high level; (2) career decision ambiguity tolerance is significantly negatively correlated with career decision making difficulties; (3) career decision ambiguity tolerance can significantly negatively predict the career decision making difficulties.The preference and aversion can play a significant role in predicting career decision making difficulties.This shows that career decision making difficulties are affected by the career decision ambiguity tolerance; the higher the career decision ambiguity tolerance, the less career decision making difficulties; the preference and aversion have a significant predictive effect on career decision making difficulties.关键词
