Experimental investigation on the quasi-static crushing of lattice web enhanced foam sandwich composite materials

采用真空导入成型工艺制备了多种格构腹板增强泡沫夹芯复合材料试件,并对试件进行了准静态压缩试验,分析了其结构参数对抗压强度、屈服承载力以及能量吸收的影响。结果表明:腹板增强泡沫夹芯复合材料屈服承载力以及吸能特性要比无腹板增强的有较大的提高。腹板的厚度和腹板间距对抗压强度、屈服承载力以及吸能特性影响较大,而且泡沫芯材密度和腹板高度对之影响较小。

Lattice web enhanced foam sandwich composite materials samples were prepared through vacuum infusion molding process, and the compression tests of samples were done. Then analysis the structural parameters influence on the compressive strength, buckling bearing capacity and energy absorption characteristics. The results indicate that: the compressive strength, buckling bearing capacity and energy absorption characteristics of web enhanced foam sandwich composite materials are much better than those foam sandwich composite materials without enhanced web. The web thickness and spacing have a significant impact on the compressive strength, buckling bearing capacity and energy absorption characteristics, and the density of the foam core material and the web height have smaller influence on those properties.
