乳酸分解代谢在致病菌感染人体过程中起重要作用,其研究受到研究者广泛关注。本文综述了目前微生物乳酸分解代谢关键酶表达调控机制研究的最新进展。重点阐述不同微生物中乳酸分解代谢关键酶的表达差异、微生物中乳酸分解代谢操纵子结构、乳酸分解代谢调控蛋白LldR的生物学功能以及调控蛋白LldR结构生物学研究的进展,并对该领域研究趋势与前景试作展望。

Lactic acid catabolism play an important role in the pathogen infection process. In this paper, the latest progress of regulation mechanism of the microbial lactic acid catabolism was reviwed. Focuses were placed on the different expression pattern of the key enzymes in lactic acid in metabolism, lactic acid catabolic operon structure in different microorganisms, the biological function of the lactic acid metabolic regulation protein LldR, and structure of the regulator LldR. In the end, we tried to outlook the research trends and future in the research field.
