可快速释药的核-壳结构型载药敷料

目的:合适的载药敷料可以在创面创造出一个适宜伤口愈合的微环境。为了增加外伤在患者更换敷料时的顺应性,制备一种可以在用药部位快速释放利多卡因的多层核壳结构载药敷料。方法:采用乳化-离子交联法,先制备了AMs,后采用模板-乳化凝胶法制备了壳聚糖@多孔明胶@海藻酸钙微球(CPAMs),并对CPAMs进行表征,考察其在体外的释药性能和凝血性能。结果:实验结果表明,CPAMs是由壳聚糖、多孔明胶、海藻酸钙三种材料构建而成的核-壳结构载利多卡因敷料,可以通过其核心AMs分吸水后的体积膨胀使利多卡因快速释放。利多卡因在18 min内快速达到释放平衡。CPAMs可以在60 s内迅速使血液凝固,其凝血性能优于创可贴。结论:CPAMs是一种性能良好的快速释药型载药敷料。?????
Purpose: Appropriate drug-loaded dressings could provide a good healing microenvironment for wounds. In order to increase the patient\'s compliance when changing dressing for wound, a multilayer core-shell drug loading dressing was prepared, which could quickly release lidocaine at the site of application. Methods: AMs were prepared by emulsification-ion cross-linking method, and then chitosan@pore gelatin@alginate calcium microspheres (CPAMs) were prepared by template-emulsification gel method, and CPAMs were characterized and the lidocaine release and coagulation properties in vitro were investigated. Results: The experimental results showA core-shell structure drug - loading dressing with rapid drug releaseed that CPAMS was a lidocaine dressing with cores-shellA core-shell structure drug - carrying dressing with rapid drug release structure constructed from chitosan, porous gelatin and calcium alginate. CPAMs allowed rapid release of lidocaine through volume expansion of its core AMs after full absorption of water. The release equilibrium of lidocaine was reached rapidly in 18 min. CPAMs could quickly coagulate blood within 60 s, and its coagulation performance was better than Band-Aids. Conclusion: CPAMs is a kind of fast releasing dressings with good performance.
