本研究的目的是观察缺氧所致心肌细胞肥大过程中网状蛋白家族4-B亚族(reticulon protein family 4,Rtn4-B,即Nogo-B)的表达变化。首先在5%或2.5%氧浓度条件下培养H9c2心肌细胞诱导心肌细胞发生肥大表型转变后观察Nogo-B表达变化;其次在2.5%氧浓度下分别培养H9c2细胞2h、4h、8h、16h、24h后观察Nogo-B的水平改变情况。结果显示,2.5%及5%低氧刺激24小时,均可诱导心肌细胞发生肥大,
