以DDF型分解炉为研究对象,气相湍流模型选用k-e模型,颗粒相采用离散相模型及随机轨道模型,对该分解炉的气固两相耦合流场进行数值模拟,得到气固两相流的速度场,颗粒轨迹,颗粒停留时间及浓度场与工况及文献数据相一致。根据数值模拟结果,对煤粉燃烧器送煤风速度及插入炉体深度及角度提出改进意见。

o optimize the gas-solid flow field,numerical simulations are performed on DDF precalciner.The gas phase is expressed with k-e two-equation model,while the solid phase is expressed with the discrete phase model and discrete random walk model.The calculated the solid residence time and concentration are consistent with the working data and reference data.The coal feeding wind speed and the depth and angle of coal burner are adjusted basing on the numerical simulation results.
