超级电容器电极材料-MnO2的制备及其电性能机理研究
he preparation and capacitance proerty mechanism of manganese dioxide for supercapacitors
采用化学液相法制备了二氧化锰,XRD测试表明,产物为ε-MnO2,电化学测试表明,氧化锰单电极比容量达203.12F/g。400次循环后,电极比容量衰减很小。利用交流阻抗实验对电极的电荷传递电阻与阳离子嵌入量的倚赖关系进行了研究,并对所得结果进行了分析和模拟,提出了与实验结果吻合的等效电路。
Manganese Dioxide was prepared by chemical Co-precipitation.XRD pattern of the resulting power showed that the main crystal structure of the sample wasε-MnO2.Electrochemical measurement shows that the specific capacitance of single electrode is 203.12F/g, after 400th cycles the latter’s capacitance decreases little.The impedance of charge transfer resistances of electrode in the MnO2 electrode system on the cation amount intercalated was studied by means of AC impedance experiments.then we can get the equivalent circuit closed to the experiment data by means of analysis and simulation.So the material is the perfect material for supercapacitors.
