Nb-doped SrTiO3 is a good candidate for n-type oxide thermoelectric material. However, high thermal conductivity limited the enhancement in figure of merit, ZT value. Compared with SrTiO3, nano-sized potassium titanate has the much lower thermal conductivity. In this paper, the thermal conductivity of SrTiO3 bulk materials was decreased effectively by adding potassium titanate nanowires. The reason for the decrease of thermal conductivity was investigated.
