玉米秸秆皮穰分离设备的设计与试验

为了提高玉米秸秆的应用价值,一种玉米秸杆皮穰分离设备被设计了。为确定其关键机构的结构和运动参数,本研究利用设计的专用实验台对除叶机构和剥穰机构进行了试验研究。通过对影响关键机构工作性能的主要指标-除叶率和剥穰率的诸因素的试验,确定了各关键机构的结构和运动参数。通过试验,得出了结构和运动参数的合理组合,并在此基础上,设计出了玉米秸杆皮穰分离设备。经现场试验,该机的除叶率和剥穰率达到95%以上。
For enhancing applied value of corn stalk, a separation equipment is designed. For deciding the parameters of key mechanisms of the equipment, main factors affecting leaf-stripping mechanism and pith-stripping mechanism were researched by valuation indexes of leaf-stripping percentage and pith-stripping percentage. By experiments, the suitable parameters in structure and motion of key mechanisms were obtained. By deciding these key mechanisms, the equipment was designed and experimented in the field, about 95% of leaf-stripping percentage and pith-stripping percentage was obtained.
