基于Polyflow的聚合物流延过程仿真
Simulation of casting film based on polyflow
运用polyflow软件模拟聚丙烯的流延过程。通过在模拟过程中改变拉伸比、输入速度、和空气间隙,得出影响膜的厚度和缩幅的因素。通过模拟得出在上述变化参数里,厚度随着拉伸比和空气间隙的增大而减小,而缩幅随着拉伸比和空气间隙的增大而增大。所以生产过程中拉伸比和空气间隙要寻找一个合适的中间值。
bstract: Simulation of the cast film process for viscoelastic polypropylene materials was carried out by using polyflow. The flow between the extrusion die and the chill roll was assumed to be evolution and non-isothermal. Obtain the factor affecting the thickness and neck-in through changing the draw ratio, input speed and air gap in the film casting process. Through the simulation, we find that as the draw ratio and air gap increse, the thickness becomes small. Wo also find that when the draw ratio and air gap become greater, the neck-in increses. So at the manufacturing process, we should find the critical value about draw ratio and air gap.
