Pygo2 expands breast cancer stem cells in Pygo2-transgenic mouse
目的 通过Pygo2转基因小鼠模型研究Pygo2 蛋白在乳腺癌发生中的作用。 方法 构建K14-2×flag-Pygo2的转基因小鼠，比较分析其乳腺发育、乳腺癌干细胞比例、乳腺癌发生的变化。结果 Pygo2 转基因小鼠的乳腺发育、乳腺癌干细胞比例、乳腺癌发生均发生改变。结论 Pygo2 在小鼠乳腺癌发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective: Investigate the function of Pygo2 in regulating tumorigenesis of breast cancer in Pygo2-transgenic mice. Methods: Pygo2-transgenic mice were established, and the mammogenesis, breast cancer stem cells population and incidence of breast cancer were examined. Results: The mammogenesis, percentage of breast cancer stem cells population and incidence of breast cancer in Pygo2-transgenic mice are all different from wild-type littermates. Conclusion: Pygo 2 plays an important role in the process of tumorigenesis of breast cancer.
