水体中多氯联苯(PCBs)固相萃取-气相色谱方法优化

参照美国环保局分析方法,采用固相萃取-气相色谱法测定水中多氯联苯。研究了有机改性剂、活化剂体积、淋洗剂种类及淋洗剂体积对萃取效果的影响,确定了水中PCBs的最佳固相萃取方法。选择CP-Sil 5CB毛细管柱,自动进样,通过升温程序,达到7种PCBs的最佳分离效果。加标回收率为79.30%~84.30%,方法检测限为0.21~1.01ngoL-1。适用于7种PCBs的同时分析。
