目前市场上的涂层测厚仪普遍存在测量精度和准确度较低,对环境的适应性较差的现状。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种新的高测量精确度的测厚仪设计方案。采用了电涡流原理和磁感应原理,较为精确的将距离的变化转化成频率和电压的变化。功能上增加了一种自适应方法,既改善了涂层测厚仪的环境适应性,特别能有效的避免温度变化造成的测量误差,又降低了成本;同时又采用手动校准直线插值的校准方式,提高了仪器准确度。使测厚仪在出现误差时,都能通过手动校准回到最标准的测量状态,增加了可靠性。

t present, the coating thickness gauge on the market generally has low precision and accuracy, and the adaptability to the environment is poor. Aiming at this problem, this paper presents a new method of measuring thickness gauge with high accuracy. The principle of eddy current and magnetic induction is adopted, and the change of distance is more accurate. An adaptive method is added to the function, which improves the coating thickness of environmental adaptability, especially can effectively avoid the measurement error caused by the change of temperature, and reduce cost.At the same time using the calibration manual calibration of linear interpolation can improve the measurement accuracy. When the thickness measuring instrument is in error, the measuring state can be returned to the most standard through the manual calibration, and the reliability is increased.
