开发区土地集约利用评价过程及其存在的问题研究
Study on the process of Intensive Land Use of Development Zone
以江苏铜山经济开发区为例，对开发区土地集约利用评价过程进行探讨。通过对评价过程及其结论进行分析，得出目前开发区土地集约利用评价过程是相对比较合理的。同时，整个评价体系还存在一定的不足之处：评价结果与开发区的实际情况可能存在一定的偏差；理想值的确定不够严谨；评价指标体系缺乏弹性。针对以上问题，提出了相应的改进措施和建议，并对多因素综合评价模型进行了一定的改进。
he purpose of the paper is to evaluate on the degree of intensive land use of development zone. By analysing the process and the conclusion ,this process is reasonable.However,there are still some drawback in this evaluation system.For example:the conclusion may be contrary to the actual situation;Some unreasonable points are exist in the determination of the ideal.In view of the questions mentioned above,this paper proposed corresponding improvement ways.
