本文用蒙特卡罗方法模拟工业CT系统CsI(Tl)晶体光电二极管探测器的探测效率与输出电流的大小,并通过最佳探测效率求最佳晶体长度。文中模拟用的x射线能量为10keV-240keV,CsI(Tl)晶体的有效面积为1.1mm×1.1mm,长度范围为0.3-0.8cm。得到最佳晶体长度为0.5cm-0.6cm,探测器输出的平均电流的量级为 A。

In this paper, the monte carlo method is used to simulate the industrial CT scintillation detectors detection efficiency and the size of the output current,and through the detection efficiency for best crystal length.This scintillation detectors is formed by CsI(Tl) scintillation and photoelectric diode . The simulation X-ray energy is 10 keV-240 keV, in the paper ,calculation of the detection efficiency for different length of CsI crystal (0.3-0.8 cm) and their output current,arrive to the best length of CsI crystal is 0.5cm-0.6cm and the size of average output current is A.
